ROBERT C. LYLES, JR.
Robert Lyles Jr. founder and president, has specialized in custom home development for over two decades in such exclusive coastal communities as Windsor and John’s Island in Vero Beach, Florida and Santa Rosa Beach in Florida’s panhandle. A season professional with a degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida and a certified General Contractor’s License from the state of Florida, Lyles has also spearheaded the development of multi-million dollar commercial properties, historical renovations and numerous commercial renovations throughout the course of his career.
CHARLES A. GARRETT, JR.
Vice president at RCL, has been in the building industry since 1969. Also a Certified General Contractor in the state of Florida, Garrett earned an engineering degree from Auburn University. His early career path lead him onto senior level positions in all facets of general construction at locations around the world. In recent years, Garrett has focused on residential construction, building well over 100 custom homes primarily throughout the coastal regions of Florida. Garrett has also completed several oceanfront condominium projects and commercial and renovation contracts..
Kim Edelmann, Controller of RCL Development in Vero Beach, Florida has 20 years of experience in accounting and related fields. Kim received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of South Florida in Accounting. Prior to RCL, Kim served as Payroll Manager at Seald Sweet Growers where she also held Staff Accountant and Assistant Human Resource Manager positions. In South Florida, she worked as a Branch Manager for Household Finance.
In March of 2001, Kim joined RCL Development. She is responsible for all aspects of the office: general and job cost accounting, financial reporting, contract administration, construction bids, human resources, office management and assisting the President.
